Service Description
A legal DNA test must be conducted by a certified collector. The results to this test can be used for legal purposes such as, birth certificate amendments, child support orders, and other benefits. PRICE INCLUDES: 1 Alleged Father 1 Child 1 Mother (optional but highly recommended) *There is an extra fee to add on additional alleged fathers & children, please call us to discuss pricing.
Cancellation Policy
At CiviCore Collection & Screening Services, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, the following policies apply: * Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation time. * A cancelation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as it is at least 24 hours before your appointment. * Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a $40 cancellation fee. * No calls, no shows will result in you having to pay for another test.
