If you need to prove that you are biologically related to someone for immigration purposes, we can help. You will need copies of all paperwork from the Embassy/USCIS Office that pertains to your immigration case. You will also need a valid government issued photo ID. Cancellation Policy
At CiviCore Collection & Screening Services, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, the following policies apply: * Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation time. * A cancelation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as it is at least 24 hours before your appointment. * Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a $40 cancellation fee. * No calls, no shows will result in you having to pay for another test.
